After your arrival you are expected to pay cash for 3 nights of your stay (or less if you stay for a shorter period) and provide a deposit of $50 / ˆ30. This is a refundable deposit, which is returned to you at check out. You may want to pay every 3 days to the person who does cleaning or pay in advance for the whole time of your stay - that is up to you!
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
We suggest booking in some advance to make sure you will be acomodated.
Check in time is 14:00. Check Out time is 11:00.
Cancellation notice must be given in 3 days advance in
a written form sent by fax or e-mail by the person who originally
made the reservation.
In the unlikely case if we have to cancel the reservation (for various reasons) we will inform you and reaccommodate in a suitable flat of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed.
